Canon point & release date: Volume 3 Episode 12 / February 2016

Powers:
• Aura: A shield (made out of her soul) that protects Pyrrha from both physical harm and harsh environments. It must be consciously activated, is drained through use and can eventually break, and requires rest to recharge.
• Semblance - Polarity: A power that allows Pyrrha to manipulate metal without touching it, as though she were using telekinesis. It can be incredibly subtle, or as unsubtle as picking up an elevator or clock tower gears. The range is unknown, but seems to be at least a dozen feet.
Personality
What is your character most afraid of? How are they defined by this fear?
Failing to fulfill her purpose. Pyrrha is deeply concerned with the idea of her own destiny. It's not enough for her to merely be a good person who works hard. She needs to reach the full extent of her potential, and then use that potential to protect and look after the people that can't protect and look after themselves. The fear of falling short of her goal drives her to be serious, focused, and responsible. She puts a great deal of effort into not only improving herself, but into supporting and uplifting the people around her. If she's able to help, then she always feels like she should help. It takes somewhat drastic circumstances for her to decide that someone is entirely unworthy of that sort of attention, as she believes that part of her responsibility is to serve as a role model and symbol of hope to people that need it.
What is your character's greatest desire? How are they defined by this desire?
Companionship. While the idea that she must contribute to meaningfully to society is the primary factor that drives her motivation, the thing she actually wants is friends. People that she can rely on and confide in, people she can trust and who will trust her in turn. This desire for companionship and understanding has shaped her into a kind, attentive, and patient individual. She is never too proud or too busy to help someone that needs it and will go out of her way to lend a helping hand to those around her.
Yet, she's also extremely reserved in how she approaches others. The above mentioned concern with living up to her potential plays into this. Her high skill level and serious attitude mean that her peers are often intimidated by her and hesitate to approach - which has made making friends rather difficult. But rather than attempting to work around or push through this issue, Pyrrha allows this situation to stand as-is. Making herself seem more approachable might make it easier for her to make friends, but it would also fly in the face of her self-imposed responsibilities. Again, part of fulfilling her potential is acting as a symbol of hope for the people around her, even if it comes at the cost of her social life.
How will not having memories change your character? What core personality traits, if any, will change? How?
In many ways, having no memories will directly benefit Pyrrha's social life. While Pyrrha would insist that her responsibilities are entirely self-imposed, the truth is that the expectations of the people around her are a major factor in her decisions. While she's not going to morph into a social butterfly, it will much easier for others to approach her. In turn, she'll feel less pressure to hold herself up to a particular standard around these people.
In short, being removed from the context of canon means she'll have an easier time building a network of friends to confide in. In truth, not much else will change. Pyrrha will still be serious, focused, and responsible, she will still desire companionship, and she'll still be selfless and community-minded. Most critically, she'll still be reluctant to make herself a burden on others. While the easier time making friends will be good for her, she still won't be going out of her way to forge friendships for the sake of forging friendships.
